Shipping Providers

We ship products to UK delivery addresses via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and to EU and ROW via GFS- Tracked International.

Your tracking info will be emailed to you via your dispatch email once it has left our fulfillment centre. For more information on shipping, head to our FAQs.

UK £4.95 (Postage and Packaging) + Free Shipping on all UK orders £75 and over

EU £11.95 (Postage and Packaging)

ROW (Zone 1) £14.95 (Postage and Packaging)

ROW (Zone 2) £24.95 (Postage and Packaging)


Estimated Delivery Times

Back catalogue and in-stock merch orders will be delivered as below:

UK 2-3 business days (incl Saturdays)

EU 4-10 business days

ROW (Zones 1 and 2) 10-14 business days

Please note that this is a guide only and should not be interpreted as a guarantee. Once your order arrives in your country, it is passed to your postal service, who will deliver it to you per their standard working practices. Due to ongoing issues with Covid, please note that there may be delays.

* If you purchase a pre-order item amongst an order of in-stock releases, we will typically hold your box until all items are in stock. Expected release dates are always noted in the product description of a preorder. 

* Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delays. 

* If you are ordering internationally/from the EU, please note that due to Brexit you may be subject to additional custom charges/taxes. Charges aren’t always incurred but they’re based on the value of the item(s) and the rules vary from country to country. Unfortunately, this is out of our hands but it is an evolving situation- one of which we are keeping a close eye on.

U.S / Canada/ Central & South America

We ship products from our US warehouse to the US, Canada, Central and South America via USPS or UPS carrier services.
Your tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.

Shipping Costs:
Your shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.
Orders shipping to addresses outside of the US are subject to customs and duty fees as determined by the respective country of acceptance, and any additional customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs fees cannot be determined in advance and are not covered in the price of international shipping.

Please note, due to so many variables being out of our control, once your order leaves our warehouse, we cannot be held responsible for items lost or stolen during transit, and those orders cannot be replaced or refunded. If you are experiencing a potential issue or delay with your order delivery, please get in touch with your local post office or the carrier for the service you requested at checkout for more information.
