You have 14 days from the date your item arrived with you to return for a full refund, as long as the items are in their original, unused condition. We’re happy to exchange once we’ve received your return, stock-level dependent. Email thetwilightsadstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange, and we’ll be happy to help.

U.S / Canada / Central & South America
We accept returns or exchanges on apparel and accessories within 14 days of delivery (except for items listed as final sale), and as long as items have not been worn/ washed and remain in their original condition and packaging. We do not accept returns or exchanges for music media. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Please note that we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on any international orders for any reason.
